This goal of this newsletter is to ensure that all members are kept informed and updated on current and upcoming council activities.  The objective will be to publish the newsletter on at least a quarterly basis in both a softcopy format & hardcopy mailings.

Each officer and committee chairmen will be responsible for providing input to their respective sections.  Your input should be kept to a maximum of 200 words, so as to have sufficient room to fit everyone's input within a reasonably sized document.

For 2008, your input will be due to me on the following dates:

January 13, 2008	January 13 - March 31, 2008
March 9, 2009	April 1 - June 30, 2008
June 13, 2008	July 1 - September 30, 2008
September 12, 2008	October 1 - December 31, 2008

This will ensure that I can compile, publish, and deliver the completed newsletter by the 1st of the following month.
