Third Degree Meeting

Knights of Columbus Council #12480 Major Degree segment 7:00am until 4:00pm (this includes a 8:00am Mass).

Needs: Left Wing of the Church, McGivney Room, San Damiano Room, the Gathering Area, and the Kitchen facilities for breakfast and lunch.

In 2004 Msgr. Duesman did not start the Mass until 8:15AM, so the candidates should:

• Arrive about 7:15 - 7:30am.
• Immediately sign-in with the Financial Secretary at the Welcome Area in the Gathering Area.  All candidates must have an active 2005 Membership card or they cannot participate.  There will be two sign-in sheets:  one for the candidates, and one for all other attendees.
• The Left Wing of the Church is used for the two degrees.  Need some tables, selective chairs for set-up, paper and tape for the windows and doors.
• Adjourn to the  San Damiano Room.  We will need chairs and tables up and available, coffee, then breakfast later etc.
• As per the Mass Schedule, Mass is at 8:00am Weekdays and Saturdays.
• Allow time for breakfast after Mass.
• Must have the Treasurer available to write a check for the degree team upon the conclusion.
• Need access to the copier for the District Deputy to have copies of attendees.
• Need a set up and tear down crew, kitchen volunteers, coffee runners etc.
• Need whatever beverages we are going to produce.  Some Diet please!
