Preliminary Steps/Action Items:

  1. Maintain the Microsoft Access KofC 12480 Membership.mdb

  2. Re-create the Excel version of the roster (roster12480.xls)

  3. Maintain the Yahoo email lists

  4. Change the activity-template.xls

  5. Change the KofC Mailing Labels.doc (Newsletter leader)

  6. Maintain the WebHost4Life database directory list

  7. Maintain the Texas State Website directory listing

  8. Forward name, phone number and email address to Ladies Auxiliary Membership Director

  9. For the Ladies Auxiliary, re-create the Excel version of the roster (Ladies.xls)

  10. For the Ladies Auxiliary, change the Yahoo email list

What went well:

  1. Timely updates to the roster is always well received.

  2. Periodically email the roster to all of the Knights and Ladies.

  3. Periodically print the roster and distribute at the meetings and keep copies in the McGivney room closet.

  1. The web roster was converted to Adobe Acrobat format on 09/12/03.
