1.  The following updates need to be made to the website as soon as the new officers are installed near the beginning of the Fraternal Year (After the Officers are installed in June or July 1):

2.  Reserve the McGivney Room for all of the year's meetings, and the Gathering Area for the Christmas Social (December) and Installation Banquet (June) after the July Planning Meeting.

3.  Renew WebLaunch Domain registration ($12/year) by July 1.

4.  Renew WebHost4Life web hosting ($99/year) by January 1.

 

 

Action Items the Day of the Event:

  1. Print the revised calendar from the July Planning Meeting and pass out at the next meeting.

  2. Print the new roster and pass out at the July Planning Meeting.

  3. Email the Knights and Ladies once all of the updates have been made to have them check for accuracy and completeness.

What went well:

  1. Updates to the calendar, roster and website were done on time, and the McGivney room was reserved for the fraternal year.

 

What did not go well:

  1. The Domain (WebLaunch) fee was not paid on time, making the website unavailable for several days.

 

 

History:

  1. Mauricio Frye created the website and first published it in late 2000.

  2. Eddie Robeson became the webmaster in July 2003.

  3. Anthony Hernandez became the webmaster in July 2006.

  4. Internet Team formed and became webmaster as a team in July 2007.
