The president's duties include presiding at all board & membership meetings and the appointing all committee chairman. She acts as a ex-officio member of all committees, except the Nominating Committee. She acts as a liaison between the knights and the Auxiliary. |

The vice President is aid to the President and should be able to take over the duties of the President if called upon to do so. She is sometimes the Program Chairman or the Membership Chairman or other duties as assigned by the President. |

She keeps accurate record of all board & membership meetings and attends to all correspondence. Minutes are a vital part of the organization's history and should be kept in a permanent record book. |

The Treasurer is guardian of Auxiliary funds and is responsible for keeping a permanent record of receipts and disbursements. She prepares a monthly report to be filed for audit. |
